o Evaluate variations and claims negative and positive, submitted by the Contractor and check the validity against the original scope of work.
o Monitoring of Contractor’s performance in compliance with the Contract and review of conformance with Contract specifications.
o Assist with assessment of the Contractor’s claims for extension of time.
o Estimation of the quantities/cost of the variations and claims, negotiation with the Contractors, and issuing of the approved variation orders.
o Services with regard to disputes in accordance with the General Conditions & Particular Condition of the Contract and assisting with the settlement of all disputes resolutions and differences that may arise time to time.
o Providing status reports to team members across projects and suggesting resolutions to address the Contractual issues appropriately.
